The Bathurst Review (cont) by Simon Carroll

The race aces intro could barely be heard, as at last, the boys came out onto centre stage, assumed their respective positions and started to belt out some fine numbers in the style which made them legends - The Things I Love in You, followed up by Cheap Wine, Khe Sanh and a string of new material. Someone said that Chisel could have sold out the venue by simply turning up and playing a standard set list of hits and memories, but clearly this reunion, comeback or whatever you want to call it is about much more than that. I for one would be bitterly disappointed if that was the outcome, and I can tell you it was anything but.
