THE BARKING SPIDER

Following on from his Cold Chisel biography "Showtime: The Cold Chisel
Story" in 1998, Chisel fan Michael Lawrence, produced "The Barking Spider"
(TBS), a Cold Chisel Fanzine. The aim of TBS was to record the band's
reunion and keep Chisel fans updated on everything regarding Cold Chisel.
The fanzine is always packed with the latest information regarding the band
and their solo careers. The Barking Spider is also the place to obtain rare
Chisel material. One of the great strengths of TBS is the involvement of
its readers who provide gig reviews, letters and photos. These
contributions play a large part in the magazine and have created many
friendships within the Cold Chisel community.
The Barking Spider is approximately a quarterly publication. During periods
of great activity from the band, it is expected that there may be brief
updates, to get important information out quickly. Issues per year may vary
according to band activity. Subscriptions will run for four issues plus up
to four updates.
